The electric heating is 50-90kw/hour. It depends on the different kinds of product and productioon process. If you use a higher drying, say 80-90 degrees, it will consume much electricity.
If you use the electric steam generator and put it just beside the drying chamber, The electricity consumption is about 55-96kw/hour.
Therefore, it’s more or less in terms of electricity consumption.
However, if you usee the electric steam generator, you can use the steam as heating resource during the defrosting process
